Structure

Both branches of the NGO are governed by a Board of Directors formed by 5 people and elected for the General Assembly of members. The Board nominates the Director of the entity and decides the program of work of, at least, one year.

The Director performs all the operating tasks together with the Coordinators of Projects. That one who coordinates them is the Director and he takes care of their fees.

Now in the office of Sarajevo a secretary works at complete time and an accountant at part time.

In the office of Sabadell all tasks are made by voluntary workers.

Technical and organizational capacities

In the organization highly qualified persons figure in it in several fields of the economy and of the social life. This team is qualified for attaining projects of equipment construction for the social, child or sanitary protection, the education or the sport and equipping them suitably; for the organization of activities of humanitarian aspect or demonstrations (cultural, esportives, etc) that they search the collection of money and resources for the several needs of the humanitarian help.

Thanks to the acquired experiences and with the capacities being demonstrated, ESPERO can offer its services in other countries of the world where it is convenient.
